Before You Go

  • What to pack:

    • Conference attire - business casual

    • Speaker attire - business casual is totally fine but feel free to get as fancy as you like. For reference of past Thrive fashion, check out our Thrive site

    • Camp Thrive (Tuesday night) - get your official Camp Thrive t-shirt when you check in at Registration. Jeans are fine - whatever enables you to comfortably partake in some fun!

    • Georgia Aquarium (Wednesday night) - Cocktail attire (think sport jackets for men, semi-formal for women)

  • FYI: 10-Day Forecast for Atlanta

  • Download your custom social copy & graphic to promote your session on LinkedIn and your other preferred channels

  • Queue up the Thrive Summit 2024 Spotify playlist - get hyped for Thrive by listening to our resident DJ, DJ Cassandra's curated tunes that will get you in the mood as you make your way to Atlanta, all together now

Onsite Info

  • Your Tech Check Schedule

    • Speakers must arrive to their assigned breakout session room by the scheduled time listed here

      • Please let us know at your earliest convenience if you have a conflict during your scheduled time. We will do our best to accommodate however our schedule is very tight with little room to make changes

      • You will be sent Outlook invitations for your specific Tech Check

    • Your presentations have been pre-loaded to a laptop computer provided in each Breakout room.

    • You will drive your presentation from the stage with a wireless clicker.

  • Audio Visual Equipment - the following will be available in each breakout session room:

    • (5) hi-boy chairs for presenter seating

    • (1) small hi-boy table

    • Personify Health branded lectern and grey drape backdrop

    • Projector + Screen

    • Laptop computer with audio capability + wireless slide advancer (pre-loaded with final presentation files)

    • Wireless lavaliere microphone for all presenters/moderators (mic max is 4 - moderators to use handheld mic for panels with 5 people)

    • Audio mixer and speakers

    • All Breakout Sessions will be recorded.

    • Water available upon request

    • Notes

      • Personal laptop or tablet computers will NOT be permitted for use during presentation.

      • There will NOT be a teleprompter or confidence monitor available for script/notes.

      • Please come prepared with printed speaker notes if needed.

  • Speaker Ready Room – Chicago A, Exhibit Level - This room is available for you to meet with your co-speakers and review your presentation in an informal and relaxed setting. Please coordinate on your own. There will not be any AV or personnel to assist with changes. Availability is as follows:

    • Tuesday, 4/9: 8:00am-12:00pm

    • Wednesday 4/10: 7:00am-11:00am, 2:30-6:00pm

    • Thursday 4/11: 7:00am-10:45am

  • Presentation Session Arrival for ALL Speakers

    • Speakers must arrive to their assigned breakout session meeting room at least 15 minutes prior to presentation start time. Early arrival is encouraged.

      • You have been sent Outlook invites for your sessions from Alex Bronk, inclusive of your 15 min early arrival time

    • If the session is still running when you arrive to be mic’d, a Personify Health member and AV tech will meet you at the back of the room to connect you.

    • Wear something to which a wireless lavaliere microphone can be easily attached, ideally on the collar of a shirt or blazer.

    • Please stay within your allotted time – the next speaker(s) will require time to get setup and attendees have another session they need to attend.
